Sports Night

The 8th Annual Sports Night was successfully concluded in rounds of applause at the Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong on 4th July. More than 350 guests, parents, teachers and students attended to support the event and share the memorable moments and pride.

 

The Sports Night is a celebration and recognition of students’ sporting achievements over the course of the year and also an appreciation of the excellent coaching and leadership of the coaches and teachers. During the night, more than 265 team and individual prizes were given out. New awards were presented which included the All Round Athlete Award and Service Award for Coaches. Other awards were as follows:

  • Prize Presentations for both HKSSF & ISSFHK Inter-school Championships for Individual Sports
  • Prize Presentations for the Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Player for each school team
  • Prize Presentations for the Outstanding Coaches and Team Managers
  • Prize Presentations for the Best Sportsman award
  • Presentations of Certificates of Participation for all sports team members

2018 was another fruitful year for the YHKCC sports teams. The School achieved the overall Champion and 2nd Runner-up in all sports for boys and girls respectively.

 

Two sports performances namely Phoenix Cheerleading Performance and Taekwando Performance brought climax to the evening and all the participants had a great evening with lots of laughters and photo opportunities with one another.
