1. Mr Patrick YIP (Chairman) |
---|
Patrick Yip is the President of the YMCA of Hong Kong. He is also a Vice Chair and international tax partner of Deloitte China.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MPA Degree in Taxation and a BBA Degree in Accounting with High Honors. He has an LL.M (Master of Laws) degree from Columbia University (James Kent Scholar), an LLM degree from the University of California at Berkeley (Dean's List) and an undergraduate law degree (Hons) from the University of Cambridge. He also has an MBA degree (Hons) from the University of Chicago. He has completed the Senior Executive Program for China at Harvard Business School. |
2. Mr Benjamin LAM (Honorary Secretary) |

Mr Benjamin Lam has been a YMCA board member since 1991. He has had extensive participation in education, from elementary to tertiary, and has made a remarkable contribution in innovative school design. Mr Lam was the chairman of the School Preparatory Committee, and sits in school management councils of a number of secondary schools. |
3. Mrs Sheila CHUANG (Honorary Treasurer) |

Mrs Sheila Chuang was the senior Vice-president of ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited. Mrs Chuang earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Hawaii and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is experienced in fields of finance, corporate planning, marketing and project management. Mrs Chuang is currently the Honorary Treasurer of YMCA of Hong Kong and serves on the council of the Community Church of Hong Kong. |
4. Mr Peter HO (School Supervisor) |

Mr Peter Ho has over 25 years of senior management and finance experience. He began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street after graduating with an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1987. Peter returned to Hong Kong and later served as Country Head for JP Morgan Investment Banking in Hong Kong. Peter began his management career in 2000 and had served as CEO for New Island Printing Group and Managing Director for Methanex Corporation in China. Peter has been a speaker for CEO Global Education Foundation’s “The Way to Success” since 2012 at leading universities in Hong Kong. Peter joined the YMCA of Hong Kong in 2014 and was appointed as General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. In addition to serving as the School Supervisor of the YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College, Peter is also the School Supervisor of SWCS YMCA of Hong Kong Christian School and YMCA of Hong Kong Christian International Kindergarten. Peter serves on the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Christian Council, and chairs its Church Witness & Resource Sharing Committee. Peter also serves on the Board of the Hong Kong Church Network for the Poor and the Management Committee of Hong Kong Christian Service. Peter has been a Sunday School teacher at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception since 2003.

5. Ms Vivienne FUNG |

Ms Vivienne Fung is a seasoned executive with many years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Educated locally and overseas, she has a strong interest in contributing to youth development and education in Hong Kong. |
6. Mr Alexander KWAN |
---|
Mr Alexander Kwan is the chairman of the Management Committee of the HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre and Vice-chairman and a board director of the SKH St Christopher’s Home. Mr Kwan is a council member of St John’s College and the University of Hong Kong, the school manager of St Paul’s College Council and its primary school, the supervisor of two day nurseries of HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre and two day nurseries of SKH St Christopher’s Home. Mr Kwan previously served as the chairman of the executive committee of Heep Hong Society for Handicapped Children and has been a senior lecturer in The Department of Applied Social Sciences of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr Kwan has extensive experience in public service gained from the Hong Kong Examination Authority, City Polytechnic, and the Social Workers Registration Board Appeal Committee of the HKSAR. |
7. Ms Lily FONG, SBS |

Ms Fong was educated in Hong Kong and the UK. She obtained a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong, a Master's Degree in MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Bristol, UK.
Ms Fong is a statistician by profession. She has served in the civil service of Hong Kong throughout her entire career. She was the Commissioner for Census and Statistics during 2011 to 2014 and retired in this position. Ms Fong has served as a Board Member of the YMCA of Hong Kong since 2009. |
8. Ms Julia ONG |

Ms Julia Ong is a director with an international logistics company specializing in both cargo and passenger traffics. She has been a YMCA board member since 2004 and has a heart to contribute her time and talents to volunteering; to further quality education for children and preschoolers; and to supporting community projects locally and in China, and other developing countries. |
9. Mr Tony IP |

Mr Tony Ip is the Founder of Tony Ip Green Architects Ltd., a registered architect (HK) and an authorized person (architect). He received a bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering and master degrees in Science (Geotechnical Engineering), Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Hong Kong, a bachelor degree in Built Environment (Architectural Studies) from Queensland University of Technology, and a master degree in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment from University of Cambridge.
Mr Ip is a board member of YMCA of Hong Kong, and services various government advisory committees and NGOs including Antiquities Advisory Board, Environmental Campaign Committee, Hong Kong Architecture Centre, Hong Kong Green Building Council and BEAM Society. |
10. Mr Dave LEE |
---|
Mr Lee was graduated at the University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in 1979 and the Postgraduate Certificate in Education in 1981. Mr Lee has been a secondary school science teacher for 37 years in a local Sheng Kung Hui girl school and was the Principal of the school in his last 5 years of service.
Mr Lee was the Vice-chairperson and Chairperson of the Association of English Medium Schools from 2011 to 2016 and had an extensive participation in local secondary education in Hong Kong. |
11. Ms Diana LO (Principal) |
---|
Ms Diana Lo has been serving the YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College since the school began in 2003 and was appointed the Deputy Principal. She joined the school first as a Chemistry and a Mathematics teacher and had extensive experience in the school admissions, pastoral support, school administration and Parent-Teacher Association.
Ms Lo graduated from the University of Science and Technology and possessed a Post-graduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. |
