Beijing Trip to visit The Middle School Attached to Beijing Jiaotong
A five-day Beijing exchange trip was organized for Form 4 and 5 students during the Christmas Holiday from 17th to 21st December 2018. The objective of the trip was to visit our sister school, The Middle School Attached to Beijing Jiaotong, to share their learning experience as well as to get a better understanding about Chinese culture.
During the school visit, our students were divided into different groups and had lessons together with Beijing Jiaotong students. It enabled our students to gain authentic experience of the education system as well as the teaching and learning approaches in China
Our students tasted different cuisines and were shown around Beijing city, visiting various renowned sightseeing spots such as the Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Great Wall and so on. Students really enjoyed walking up the steep steps of the Great Wall and watching the show in a Mongolian yurt. The trip gave our students an eye-opening experience and provided a good chance to build a strong bond with our sister school.
