Children's Dreams Reading Carnival
Children’s Dreams Reading Carnival organized by OIWA and Dream Reading Scheme, co-organised by our school and other partners was successfully held at our campus on 26th May 2019. In support of the community event, our school provided the venue for the event and around 20 students helped out at the game booths to have great fun with the visitors.
The objective of the scheme is to develop good reading habits and discover children’s dreams through personalized story books. The carnival was officiated by Mr. Anthony Li, JP, District Officer (Islands), Ms. Wong Fung Ha, Mary, Social Officer of Social Welfare Department (Central Western, Southern & Islands District, Dr. Alan Lam, the convener of the Dream Reading Scheme as well as an official platform party. There were game booths, workshops, and snack cooking demonstrations. The symposium thrilled the campus with a fantastic marching band performance. Visitors had a great day and acquired useful knowledge!
