French Trip
Five students including Cloe Bonnard, Claudia Lai, Chan Lok-man, Heo Jeong-min, Cheung Kam-to participated in a joint-school educational programme to France in the summer of 2019. Together with students of Marymount Secondary School and St. Joseph’s College, they spent two weeks in St. Denis International School to study French for a total of thirty hours.
Students experienced the French culture during their stay in Toulouse, Loches and Paris. They were able to celebrate the French National Day and watched a magnificent firework show in a large public park with excited French citizens. They also visited the Airbus Factory, did some sight-seeing in Paris, went to Disneyland Paris and engaged in some different outdoor sports including canoeing and playing golf.
During this exchange trip, students were granted good opportunities to develop and improve their French language skills, widen their horizons and make new friends with diverse backgrounds.
