Revive-A-Life Programme – CPR and AED training workshop

On 16th & 23rd October, a team of professional instructors including clinicians, nurses and paramedics from The University of Hong Kong came to our school to offer training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) to our Form 4 students. The training workshop was part of the Revive-A-Life Programme led by the Emergency Medicine Unit of the University of Hong Kong.

The activity is to facilitate knowledge and skill transfer of the use of CPR and AED and strengthen moral conduct in life saving. It is also part of the school health promotion program which aims at raising students’ awareness on health management and disease prevention, as well as nurturing the willingness of helping people in need.

All in all, our students  actively participated in the event and had a fruitful hands-on experience. More workshops will be held for our Form 5 students in the coming months.
