New Zealand Educational Tour
YHKCC organized a “New Zealand Study Tour” for students from the 13th to the 22nd October.
During the trip in New Zealand, YHKCC students had the opportunity to visit the University of Auckland and spent time on farm visits and excursions to appreciate the natural beauty of the country, including a trip to the Waimangu Volcanic Valley. Students also travelled to the Magical Hobbiton Town to learn more about the importance and practicality of preserving natural habitats; explored the Native Forest of New Zealand and experienced how the Department of Conservation maintains the natural beauty of the country.
They also gained a holistic and balanced learning experience by visiting the Waikite Valley School, which offers a unique educational programme emphasizing academic progress while teaching crucial life skills, such as raising farm animals!
