Humanity Department monthly activity - 'Simple Canapés'
The first monthly activities of the Humanities Society - Cocktail Menu - 'Simple Canapés'. It was successfully held in the covered playground during lunch time on 28th November. Although the weather was unstable, there were still more than 50 students came and listened to a briefing about the subject Tourism and Hospitality Studies (THS). A group of Form 3 - THS students applied and shared the subject knowledge learned on a specific topic under 'Introduction to Hospitality - Food & Beverage sector'. All participants enjoyed in the food tasting session at last.
