Science Department Activities in May
In May, the Science Department has organized a series of interesting and fascinating science activities for the students. The following students have won in the respective competitions and activities:
- Water Rocket Competition
On 29th May, students designed their own water rocket from principles they have in science classes. They were given chances to launch their water rocket. All of them enjoyed the competition and had great fun.
The Most Powerful and the Best Design Award Teddy Li 3C (12) Derick Tin 3C (24) Kevin Liew 3A (17) - Egg-drop Competition
On 30th May, students were asked to design their own protective system and a parachute to protect their eggs when they were released from a certain height. Those who could land their eggs on a designated area with the eggs unbroken would be awarded big prizes.

On 31st May, students were given an instructional paper and they had to follow the instructions by applying their Biology knowledge to decode the hints. The hints were placed throughout the school campus. Students could get a big prize if they answered the greatest number of questions correct. The activity ended smoothly with laughs and joy.
