Student-Teacher Conference
The Student-Teacher Conference for the First Progress Report was successfully held on Friday, 15th November. The aim of the Conference is for students to meet their class teachers and discuss about their learning at school. Students are encouraged to take greater responsibility of their own learning and to engage themselves more effectively in the process. In the morning on 15th, students met with their Class Teachers about their learning progress and obtained feedback about their grades in each subject. Then they reflected and evaluated on their academic performance and set themselves specific targets for improvement in each of their subjects with the Heads of Year. Students took a positive and serious attitude during the process, and found the event helpful in setting clear targets in learning for themselves.
