Community Service Club Activity: Visit to the Home for Mentally Challenged
On 1st March, twelve warm-hearted YHKCC students from the Community Service Club showed their love and shared the happiness at the Home for Mentally Challenged in Tung Chung community. The Home for Mentally Challenged is running by The Spastics Association of Hong Kong which aims to to assist persons in Hong Kong who are physically and mentally challenged and to initiate, develop and maintain services for their education and welfare using a holistic approach.
Our students enjoyed communicating and interacting with them and students were impressed by their friendly and heartfelt attitude to us. It was definitely a very meaningful day for the students and the Community Service Club.
