The Humanities Society Activity (Tourism & Hospitality Studies): Use of Serving Fork & Spoon

On 11th March, the Humanities Department organized an activity for the THS students to use serving fork and spoon.  Ms. Verna Kwong demonstrated the students the professional manner to serve food with the guests.  

 

The activity attracted many students and they enjoyed the food together with Ms. Kwong.
