The Humanities Society Activities: History Week
The Humanities Society organized the "History Week" from 4th to 11th April. A small exhibition titled “A Century of Changes: Urban Transformation of Hong Kong (1841-1941)” was held at the covered playground, where the display boards from the Hong Kong Museum of History was displayed. A History quiz was also held together with the exhibition, students who answered questions correctly can win small prizes from the Society Department.
On April 11, a field trip was organized for the Form 3 and Form 5 History students to visit the Hong Kong Story Exhibition in the Hong Kong Museum of History. During the visit, students learnt much about the history of Hong Kong from Imperial Era of China, to Hong Kong's handover to China in 1997.
