Team Building Activity for YHKCC Prefect Team
YHKCC prefect team went for a team-building activity on 30th September. One of our prefects, Ajit Krishna NAMAKKAL RAGHAVENDRAN, 5M (10) was glad to share the rewarding experience with us.
“Our prefect team went to the paintball headquarters for the team building activities. All the participants were divided into 5 teams for the paintballing game. Each team had time to come up with a plan aiming to win the paintballing game.
At first, some of the team members didn't know each other very well so we mainly relied on individual abilities to play the game. During the game, we had more opportunities to discuss with one another, and the team spirit was enhanced . Our co-operation became smooth and work was specialized as per our strengths and weaknesses. It was a great success and we finally developed a strong bonding with the team members.”
