Bunyawat Witthayalai International School Visit

On 10th October,  we were delighted to welcome back Bunyawat Witthayalai International School for a cultural exchange with our students. This is the second year the school from Thailand has visited us and the exchange is clearly becoming a success as teachers and students both thoroughly enjoyed the program. Bunyawat School is continuing to develop an English stream in their school and wants to promote English through real life cultural exchanges with international students. For the second year running it was clear to our teachers and students that the ongoing success of the program continues with the student’s clear confidence and ability in the English language which ensured the activities and interaction with our English speaking students went smoothly and with great success.

To join the cultural exchange, our Student Ambassadors had kindly offered to participate in some exciting English Drama activities led by Ms. Siobhan Walsh. The students clearly enjoyed the activities and it was a great opportunity for our students to get to know the guests and quickly bond and make friends. Meanwhile, the visiting teachers and parents were able to tour the school and visit our students in a variety of classes and activities in Art, Math, English, Biology, Chinese and Music. After the tour and activities, we were delighted to get a chance to share some ideas with the staff and find out more about the schools English program over some refreshments and cakes before the students had to say their heartfelt goodbyes for another year.

We duly thank Bunyawat Witthayalai International School for their amazing souvenirs and we wish them all the success with their English Program. Here at the YHKCC we will be willing to help in any way possible and we hope that this exchange can continue to go from strength to strength as we continue to build partnerships with schools all around Asia and the World.
