“Young Writers Training Programme 2013-2014” prize-giving ceremony
On 15th November, Au Wing Ying, Angela (4Y) attended the prize-giving ceremony of the “Young Writers Training Programme 2013-2014” to receive the overall championship of Chinese writing competition. Our Principal, Mr. Dion Chen, and the Head of Examinations, Ms. Kit Ng, also attended the ceremony to show support.
Angela was also invited to share her experience and thoughts about Chinese creative writing on stage with other prize winners and famous Hong Kong writers at the ceremony. It is definitely an encouraging achievement and rewarding experience to Angela. It is believed that she will keep up with her good pieces of Chinese writing and gain more achievements in the future.
The Young Writers Training Programme is an annual programme held by Ming Pao (明報) and SCOLAR (語常會). Over 200 students from both local and international schools participated in it every year.
