Asian Ethnic Cultural Performances 2014
On 16th November, the Cheerleading Team, the Choir and the Beat Club were honoured to participate in the Asian Ethnic Cultural Expo, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and supported by the Consulate Generals of various countries. Fifteen Asian regions were featured through music, dance and traditional handicrafts.
Our performers received a very positive response and praise from the audience when they performed in the parade and on stage. The award-winning Cheerleading Team amazed the audience with their stunts. The Choir, together with some dancers, gracefully performed Rosas Pandan to represent Filipino culture whereas the Beat Club played the djembe to feature African culture.
Our students greatly enjoyed the event. We look forward to more public performances in the future. We would like to thank all the parents and staff who came to support us.
