Beach Cleaning Activity by the Community Service Club
On Saturday, 26th September, the Community Service Club went to Lo So Shing Beach on Lamma Island to participate in a beach clean-up activity. Students from different secondary schools came together as one to collect the litters at the beach and then sort them out according to their nature, such as plastic, metal or plain trash.
The beach clean-up activity raises the awareness to the problem of littering and pollution at beaches. As the saying goes, “Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.”
