Beat Club Performance
The YHKCC Beat Club performed on 30th April for the Ching Chung Hau Po Woon Primary School 20th Anniversary Concert which was held at the Grand Theatre of Heung Yee Kuk Building, Shatin. We were one of the many performers who participated in the event, which included school choirs, marching bands, school orchestras, Chinese orchestras, hip hop dancers, sports group and cheerleaders.
The Beat Club did a collaboration of different percussive elements such as Beatboxing by Zachary Hui (2H), djembe playing by the whole group and Mr Edgar Caole on Acoustic Guitar and vocals. They performed two songs “The Moon Represents My Heart” by Teresa Teng and “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz and some members did a solo improvisation on the final part.
It was an enjoyable night with rounds of applause given by t he audience.
